Rates

$150 per session (sliding scale available)

Insurance

I currently accept the following insurances:

 Aetna

United Healthcare (Optum)

Cigna 

Optum Live & Work Well EAP program.

I am considered out of network for all other insurance, and will provide a superbill for PPOs.

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
